ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3 business days to process your order, although we often fill your order within 1 business day. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP

We only except online orders and delivery is made via USPS (or other carrier as needed), no store pick up is available.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We only except online orders and delivery is made via USPS (or other carrier as needed), no local delivery is available.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Most orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using USPS priority mail. Current USPS flat rate shipping costs applies to all orders, unless your order is covered by out FREE SHIPPING policy. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Any related shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
